Note: The officers of the boosters shall have a cheer or dance student attending ETHS. Officers on the board are limited to 1 parent per household. All committees formed under the direction of the board, for the purpose of special events shall determine a budget for the event and submit to the board for a majority approval. Events include but are not limited to, activities such as the annual end of the year banquet, sponsored competitions, etc.
President
Responsible for the overall leadership of the booster organization; serving as the primary contact maintaining communication between the advisor and school administration as it relates to the booster club; preside at board and general membership meetings; annually completing and filing the Request for Authorization Form with the ETHS Principal; coordinating the work of the board.
Vice President
The vice president responsible for assisting the president and performs some of the duties of the president in his/her absence and typically shares some of the duties of the president. Often the vice president is assigned as a liaison to committees, meetings etc. The vice president will take the time necessary to watch and learn should he/she want to move into the presidential position in the future.
Advisor
Responsible for attending all board and general booster club meetings and insure all bylaws, rules and regulations of the organization are adhered to.
Financial Chair
Responsible for preparing monthly statements of receipts and expenses; keeping accurate records of financial transactions; budget preparation and general fund reconciliation.
Treasurer
Responsible for receiving and depositing of monies; preparing and providing contribution email receipts.
Secretary
Responsible for the timely recording and posting of the board and general booster meeting minutes; recording all expenditures in the minutes. Create PDF files of meeting agendas and meeting minutes and coordination with web designer.
Communications
Responsible for sending all communication from the board to booster members. Responsible for assisting fundraising chairs in coordinating all volunteer needs for the booster club.
Web Designer
Responsible for updating and maintaining website and coordination with booster officers, program coordinator and fundraising chair.
Programs Coordinator
Responsible for activities where the primary objective is to promote team unity. Assisted by subcommittee chairpersons as needed.
Responsible for activities where the primary objective is to raise funds to support the program. Assisted by subcommittee chairpersons as needed.
Spirit Wear Coordinator
Responsible for designing/organizing spirit wear for the current season as well as coordinate delivery of items.
Team Moms
Team moms for Varsity Cheer, Varsity Dance, Junior Varsity Cheer, Junior Varsity Dance are all appointed Team Mom's are responsible for the following: Communication with Team Parents & the Booster Board Organizing Snacks Football Games and Basketball Games Organizing Team Dinners for Football Home Games Organizing Team bonding events throughout the year Organizing Banquet Team Table, Team Gifts and Coaches Gifts
